I love this video. I did it last night as a small part of my workout and I had a blast.
After doing Tracy Anderson’s dance cardio, I have avoided any others like the plague but this is Cassey and she never disappoints. Sure enough, I had a blast during it and decided to make it a part of my every day routine. I just got done doing it for tonight. I will make a blog post about yesterday’s fitness routine as well as today’s. Did anyone else do it?
